  Hi thetempleofthem,

  Your account shows the Personal plan auto renewed, which is why you were charged. I see you disputed the payment and PayPal issued a chargeback against us.

  Chargebacks are a fraud prevention tool and therefore shouldn’t be used to request a refund. When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades are removed and your site is locked until you cancel the chargeback or pay a fee.

  I’d be happy to issue a refund but the payment is currently locked from our side. Please contact PayPal to cancel the dispute — this can be done through the PayPal Resolution Centre but calling them often speeds up the process.

  Let me know when you’ve done so and I will check that has come through to our system and issue a refund.
