  Hi I’ve just been charged for a domain I purchased last year and no longer use. Can I get a refund?

  Hi there,

  Please mention your domain name which you wish to cancel.

  To cancel, please log into your account and go to Purchases. Click Cancel next to the domain you wish to cancel.

  Refund a Purchase

  Please Note: For new domain registrations, you must cancel within 48 hours of purchase to receive a refund. There are no refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, after 48 hours.

  Hi there, I see a WordPress.com Personal plan purchase and cancellation that happened today, but no domain associated with that.

  The only domain I see on the account you are logged in here with was this one, thegirlwiththebubblegun.com, purchased on 2017-09-10 and is not set to renew this year. On domain name purchases, there is a 48 hour refund window after purchase. After that time, we cannot get a refund from our registrar.

  If you are talking about a different domain name, please let us know that domain name.
