Cancel domain

  There is $18 charge for domain that i tried to cancel. It has been less than 36 hrs. Your policy states full refund under 96 hrs. I have received a $30 refund. Please cancel the $18 domain charge.

  Thanks for getting in touch! It looks like the domain charge didn’t refund automatically since you had initiated a domain transfer to WordPress.com originally when you made that purchase.

  Upon investigation it looks like there is no active transfer occurring, so I went ahead and refunded the remaining $18 charge. Please note it may take 7-10 days for the credit to show up in your bank account.
