cancel domain

  I just cancelled a domain, which i have not released yet. I have been trying to register it at other providers. But it says ‘unavailable’. Do I have to wait, or I have lost it forever?

  If you cancel the domain name, you cannot reuse that domain name. I am tagging staff for help.

  You can point it to another site for now and, after the 60-day lock (an ICANN requirement for new domains), you’ll be able to transfer it away to another registrar:
