Cancel domain after deleting my blog

  Hello!

  I would like to cancel my upgrades. I can’t open the upgrade page anymore (https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
  ), because I deleted my whole page.

  How can I cancel the:
  domain registration 11€
  custom design 24€

  My Blog was: spktrl.wordpress.com

  PS I thought deleting the blog would automatically cancel extras.
