cancel domain and auto-renew

    Hi,
    I just want to cancel all auto-renew and domain you guys just made. I have tried to do by myself to find the button for the cancel. but there are only cancellation info, support and links to other page, NO BTN for cancel anywhere!! Please don’t say to go “support instructions page something”. I couldn’t find it, sorry and send me the email about the refund. Thanks!

    I see an auto-renewal for the domain younginishere.com from last December, which at this point is too old to cancel and refund, as it has been active for nearly 11 months now. That is the only upgrade for the account younginsuh.

    If you are referring to a different domain, it may be listed under a different username. If this is the case and you are not logged in under that username, then you will not see the option to cancel the renewal on your Dashboard.
