Cancel domain and awaiting refund confirmation

    I have decided to cancel which has been confirmed (and refunded £10) and also domain name. I haven’t received confirmation of the refund for the domain cancellation and I cancelled within the 48 hour period. Please can you look into this?

    Hi lifecoachjennyyork,

    lifecoachjenny.blog is still active on your site, which is why that amount hasn’t been refunded. If you no longer need the domain I can cancel it for you and issue a refund.

    It’s worth noting that there is no guarantee you will be able to register lifecoachjenny.blog again in the future once it has been cancelled. If you wish to use it on another site I’ll be happy to look at your options.

    Please let me know if you are still happy for me to cancel the domain.

    Thanks for confirming, I’ve cancelled the domain and issued a refund. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer. You can expect to receive the money around that time though.
