Cancel domain and get refund

Hello,
I tried to cancel my domain, but I didn’t see any ‘Cancel’ option on the purchase page. But I did remove the domain and privacy protect. Does this mean the domain was already canceled? However, no confirmation email regarding the domain cancelation has been received. Since refund will not be possible after 48 hours after purchase, so I’d appreciate it if you could help confirm the cancelation.

Hi @qingjieli, I can confirm the domain was cancelled properly. A full refund is on its way.

You bet. It’s actually going to show up as two separate refunds, but the total of the two is a full refund.
