cancel domain and give refund

I am unable to cancel my domain, http://www.ihteksa.com because you instructions are worthless as they are incorrect (on purpose, I presume).
Cancel my Domain, refund my money and get the auto renewal turned OFF.

The reason you have a problem is because you did not do the primary site setup.

There is no primary domain set for ihteksa.wordpress.com. This means that although ihteksa.com will forward to the site, ihteksa.com will appear in the browser address bar. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard, and also request a refund and disable auto-renew there.

These instructions do not help me. I have a 99 dollar a year plan and cannot see anything at all regarding a CANCEL button or option…

I have now tagged your second thread ie. a duplicate thread for closure.
What’s required now is your patience as Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
Please don’t bump your thread here by posting into it again because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing that moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response.

The issue here is that the domain and Premium bundle are not associated with your current account “twylyth.” They’re associated with another user account on the site. Can you try either A) following the instructions pasted below from the other account or B) submitting a request from the other account?
