    There are no domains with that name in your account. What is the full URL of the domain?

    I can see you recently cancelled your plan and the domain loveyourstar.com. There is a copy of the refund receipt for that in your Billing History:

    You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about ten days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    Sure! Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your account, although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
