cancel domain and refund

  I am trying to cancel the domain and services I have through WordPress. I thought I canceled it roughly 6-8 months ago. I was suprised to find out that I was charged $18 for the renewed domain name. I would appreciate a refund of the $18 I was just billed and let me cancel my domain, since I am just running circles trying to find out how to do it.

  Hi there,

  I can cancel and refund that domain for you. Just to confirm, do you want to completely give up that domain name (and not use it anywhere else at all)?

  If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar

  But if you want to give up ownership of that domain entirely, let me know and I’ll take care of that for you. :)
