Cancel domain autorenew

  I want to cancel the autorenew I was just charged for, but the Manage Purchases page just has ‘Looking to upgrade? Our plans give your site the power to thrive. Find the plan that works for you.’ on it, and nothing else.

  Manage plan section shows me my domain and tells me it never expires but has no cancel option visible. This is terrible UX – please cancel my autorenew for me.

  Hey there,

  Could you please let us know the site you want to cancel auto-renew for?
  From the information that you have provided it looks like you don’t have any purchases or custom domain in your account.

  Are you sure you are logged into the correct account?

  I’m following up on the modlook tag. The account that you’re using did have an old domain mapping at one point for halolitmag.co.uk. Is that the site you need help with?
