Cancel domain button doesn't work

    Hi

    My domain, wilsonrf.com, has expired. When I visit the page it says I can cancel or pay a fee (extortionate by the way) to continue.

    When I choose cancel, it says enter a reason then tick the box to confirm. However when it doesn’t seem to recognise that the box is ticked as I keep getting a popup message saying:

    “Please check the confirmation box to confirm that you wish to cancel this domain, effective immediately.”

    But the box IS ticked! I’m stuck in limbo.

    (I would actually renew but I am stunned at getting an £80 late payment fee on a £20 domain – screw that)

    I am having the same problem and not getting any support from “support” other than information that I can get a refund within 2 days if I choose to change my mind. This is starting to get REALLY annoying.
