Cancel Domain Error Message–need refund

I tried to cancel my domain a few hours after purchasing so I could get a refund, but when I clicked the email link to confirm I got an error message, and no refund. Is there a way to handle the error myself or to have WordPress sort out the error?
The directions for canceling a domain said the error message might occur and to contact them, but there was no further information. Time is tight to get the refund so this is urgent.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
