Cancel Domain Failure – I want to change domain name.

    Hello,

    I would like to change my domain name. I added a new domain name, soup-a-freak.com, which is not the domain name I want to register. I added the new domain at approx. 10:45pm AEST. I attempted to cancel the new domain shortly afterwards which failed due to an “internal error”.

    Is there some way I can change my new domain name or cancel it and add a different one? I understand cancelling the new domain may result in losing the name forever and I accept that.

    I believe I only have 24 hours in which to change my name so I would appreciate it if you could please respond as soon as possible.
