cancel domain mapping

  i want to cancel domain mapping~~ where is ‘my upgrade’? how do i cancel with ‘contact support’? thank you

  Hello,

  You can cancel your domain mapping upgrade through your Manage Purchases page here – https://wordpress.com/purchases. Click Cancel next to the domain mapping upgrade then check your email for the cancellation link. Remember, it’s only valid for 24 hours so don’t forget to click that link to finalize the cancellation of your domain otherwise, it will remain active.

  You can also ask one of the Staff members to cancel it for you. Just add the modlook tag at the right of this page and click Subscribe to Topic so you are notified when they reply.

  Hi thanx first of all for ur reply
  ive been on those pages clicking around (usually comes up with the same ones…. for ages!)

  but i dont have CANCEL anywhere on my page…
  it only gives me the option to “renew now”
  and it also says
  “Looking to remove this purchase? Please contact support to remove Domain Mapping from your account.”
  i dont know what’s wrong???

  If it doesn’t have the option to cancel it, then it was already cancelled because it expired and wasn’t renewed. I’ve added the modlook tag to call Staff’s attention so that they can remove the expired domain mapping upgrade from your purchases. Please be patient while waiting for their reply.

  but i cant get into my page :(
  and i cant seem to remove the url either…

  Hmm, can you please clarify what you mean you can’t get into your page? This is your WordPress.com blog http://immaturecouturetw.wordpress.com/ right? Do you mean your WP-Admin Dashboard page which is this one http://immaturecouturetw.wordpress.com/wp-admin?

  Regarding removing the URL, you mean the domain right? The domain that you mapped to your WordPress.com blog. It (the domain mapping upgrade) will be removed by one of the Staff members as I have already called their attention.

  yeah i can get into my dashboard but when i go on the blog itself
  it has a picture robot that says “Uh oh! Your blog’s domain immaturecouture.tw expired 576 days ago!” and i cant get thru him! XD
