Cancel domain mapping

I need to cancel the domain mapping (and associated DNS management) on a WordPress site. How do I do this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Domain Mapping for betterjoburg.wordpress.com is owned by the user, ‘judybackhouse’. Only that user will be able to cancel it and they do so from their Manage Purchases page:
https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
The domain better.joburg was not registered through WordPress.com, so you will need to contact the registrar about making DNS changes — they should be able to help you out with this.
Come back to me if you have any questions.

Thanks for the reply :)
Judy has cancelled the subscription to the mapping service but it says it will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. I can’t find a “remove immediately” button.
She has contacted support through her account but no response so far.
The registrar has helped with DNS changes but after a seemingly successful propagation the address started redirecting back to the wordpress-hosted blog so I thought it might be related to this domain mapping.

Hi,
You’re welcome!
I can see Judy cancelled Domain Mapping, I’ve removed it completely now.
It sounds like your browser is caching the connection between better.joburg and betterjoburg.wordpress.com. This guide shows you how to clear your browser cache:
Once you’ve done that, refresh your page and things should work as expected.
Let me know how you get on.

It seems to be behaving now. The cache sounds like a likely culprit. Thanks very much for your assistance :)
