I notice you also have another open thread that Staff are assisting you in at https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/want-to-purchase-guided-transfer-service-but-dont-see-it?replies=13#post-3060141

timethief: The two items are related. The older, Guided Transfer, I resolved myself by acquiring assistance from our new webhost. The current issue is to stop the WordPress mapping of our domain Ohio.bike to the WordPress-assigned URL of ohiodotbike.wordpress.com – allowing separate access to the web presence at both hosts for now.

Actually, stop. Reverse that….
“The current issue is to stop the WordPress mapping of our domain Ohio.bike to the WordPress-assigned URL of ohiodotbike.wordpress.com – allowing separate access to the web presence at both hosts for now.”Should be to stop WordPress mapping ohiodotbike.wordpress.com to ohio.bike — THAT would allow access to both sites.

Clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies please and log in again after doing that.
Why? Because when I click http://ohiodotbike.wordpress.com/ there is no domain mapping in place.
“Non-WordPress.com Nameservers”
ohio.bike is hosted by SiteGround

You’re welcome. It seems you are good to go now, right? Or is there something else you need help with?
