Cancel domain mapping

I’d like to cancel the domain mapping for https://yvettemetz.com/ (yvettemetz.wordpress.com). I don’t want to delete the blog and the contents of the blog, just to cancel the domain so it is an unregistered domain once again.
I just want to keep yvettemetz.wordpress.com
Can anyone please help me cancel the domain mapping. I don’t understand why there’s no option to cancel it on my own, maybe I’m not looking in the right place in the settings?

It is very simple to cancel your domain mapping.
To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account and go to the Manage Purchases section of your Personal Settings. Click on the domain and then the button to Cancel.Please click on the link below for further understanding :

Thank you for your answer. I just tried this, but it says if I cancel the domain now, the mapping will only be deleted on the 18th of march 2019 (the time my domain expires). I’d like to cancel the mapping as soon as possible and not wait until the expiry date.
Is that possible? Thanks in advance!

I just clicked on the “cancel domain” button, after which another button appears to “delete domain”. It worked :) thank you.
