cancel domain mapping

  Please please please stop charging me for domain mapping for aaronplusandrenna.com!!!!! How can I cancel this service!!!! I wante a refund. Charged me $13 in dec and $13 in Jan. 2015. When will the madness end!!!!!

  Hi there,

  I see the $13 charged in December 2014. I’ve refunded that charge for you.

  However, I do not see any charge for $13 in January 2015 for your username.

  Do you have any other usernames with WordPress.com where that upgrade may have been purchased? If so, please submit an additional request for that cancellation and refund while logged in as that username, and please reference #599519-f in that request.

  Saw your other threads too:

  I want to cancel domain mapping immediately. I request cancelling domain mapping and I want a refund immediately for receipts #4988089 and #8073629 because I cancelled and I was still charged.

  Receipt #4988089 was the original transaction for domain mapping in January 2014, this one I cannot refund.

  Receipt #8073629 is the transaction I refunded earlier today.

  I’m deleting the other threads since they regard the same issue, please let me know here if you have any other questions.
