Cancel domain mapping – I’ve been getting charges for years

I’ve been getting charged for domain mapping for a site I haven’t used in many years that I thought was deactivated. Please cancel immediately, thank you.

I’m getting charged to my paypal and it seems this domain was associated with another account that I’m fairly certain I shut down and no longer have access to. That’s why I’m reaching out with this account. I contacted the e-mail because there were no options to more forward with the charge information.

Hi! We actually don’t allow users to shut down accounts with any active upgrades. You can try the form at wpchrg.com; otherwise, can you send a link to the site? We can check to see what options you have.
Also, if you can get the transaction ID from your paypal charge description (it’ll usually be a bunch of letters and numbers) you could use that to regain access to the account. Just don’t share them here, since you’ll want to use a secure form instead.
