cancel domain mapping subscription

  Hello,
  I need to cancel a domain mapping for a website I am no longer connect to. The website is also no longer working.

  Hi Mon,

  There are no active domain mapping upgrades on the account you are logged in to. Which domain would you like to cancel domain mapping for? Once I know for sure, I’ll take a look.

  Hi Gemmacevans,
  Thank you. This is an account that I have created last year for a business we had, which is no longer active and I don’t have access to… but unfortunately my credit card details are there. It was meant to be used for a one of time. I would like to get a refund for the $17. I have already cancelled the PayPal payment for future payments.

  The last purchase on the account you are logged in to was made over a year ago — this was domain mapping for fernandesmigration.com.au. Due to the length of time that has passed, we are no longer able to issue a refund. There is more information about our refund policy in this guide:

  Hi there,
  This was under chooseaustralia.com.au account.
  The renewal was done a few days ago. I don’t know how to go back in the system as I don’t have the login details for that account anymore. The credit card is in my name. Would you be able to check the account and delete my credit card details please?

  This was under chooseaustralia.com.au account.

  I can cancel the upgrade and issue a refund but I need the request to come from the account owner. Please login as chooseaustralia and reply here to confirm, then I’ll be happy to sort that out for you.
