Cancel Domain Mapping/Problem with new domain mapping

I am still receiving a “renew domain mapping” on a domain that I want to cancel and no longer map. There is no longer a “cancel” domain mapping area within the admin area (please don’t tell me there is because it’s not there). I have mapped a new domain and made it primary but my site occasionally stops working?? Also below my domain that is mapped is not showing on the list – http://www.trendymutts.com. I’m also receiving the message your credit card is expired?? There is no where to update a credit card.
Every time I receive the renew notice my site redirects somewhere else (to different sites). I had this problem last week and received an “it’s been taken care of email” but it hasn’t been taken care of. Please cancel the following domains I had mapped to the below blog;

bloominglateblog.comRE: email received (several times)
Urgent! The domain upgrade for your blog trendymutts.com expired yesterday.The domain upgrade on your site “Life with the English Bulldog” has expired yesterday. Your site is no longer available on the domain “bloominglateblog.com”

I hate to bother you again but this is what’s been happening every time I go into the admin area to make posts, change, or update my blog and then log out I get this message; (fyi the Being Agent Mom site is self hosted on my netfirms account) so I’m not sure why it would do this. And it is every time I work within the site. Any ideas??

Can you reply with the URL that appears in your address bar 1) before you log out, 2) the URL after you click the log out link, and 3) upload a screenshot images of the messages you’re seeing to the Media Library of http://bloominglatebloggers.wordpress.com/ so we can take a closer look?

Ok I just uploaded the screen shot and here are the urls when log out. Also the blog domain is trendymutts.wordpress.com (bloominglatebloggers.wordpress.com was deleted and changed). And yes macmanx it is http://trendymutts.com..
when log out from admin >> http://trendybulldog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
after log out url is >> http://trendymutts.com/wp-login.php?action=logout&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Ftrendymutts.com%2F

Hm, that definitely shouldn’t be happening ever time you try to access the Dashboard.
1. Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled: http://en.support.wordpress.com/third-party-cookies/
2. Try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
