Cancel Domain name

    Hi, I wish to cancel twi domain names with WordPress. I have followed the instructions given but there is no cancel button. My business manager and I.T. Expert has also spent time trying to cancel this. It is extremely frustrating and annoying. Can you please cancel Siobhancoxcarlosdesign AND siobhancoxcarlossilks domain names IMMEDIATELY. Please confirm that you have done this and Not taken any payment. Thanking you, Siobhan Cox-Carlos

    It looks as though you have been able to cancel one of those domains successfully.

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of the other domain registration upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel the domain.
