Cancel domain name

  I cancelled my upgrade, but I also want to cancel my domain name. How do I do this?

  To cancel a domain name, have a look at the Cancel Domain support document.

  Thank you, but when I click the “Purchases” tab as indicated, I am only given an option to upgrade; there is no purchase there to cancel. I have two charges in my account, one for $9.98 which shows a credit, but the one for $35.88 is still there.

  I have refunded the domain portion of your plan as well. You should receive both refunds in about two weeks.
