cancel domain not working

  I have been trying to cancel the domain of my blog http://www.gincoolette.com and I can’t manage to do so. The system tells me to cancel please click cancel domain but then it gives me an error message. I have been trying for weeks now. Please advice

  gincoolette.com expired 30 days ago. I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond.

  When I tried to cancel the domain or delete it once it said it expired it gave me an error and would not allow me to cancel even thought it was an option- it said I did not check the box but I did-

  Please be patient while waiting for Staff to reply, knowing they work forward starting from threads tagged for their attention that have the earliest date stamps and time stamps and moving to the most recent ones. By bumping threads we move the time stamp forward and it takes longer to get help.

  Please cancel http://menonthemovedotorg.wordpress.com. I have never used it and would like a refund and or not be billed from my account again. Thank You.
