Cancel domain option not available

I would like to cancel or just disable auto-renew on the domain charleycooper.com but none of the links that the documentation refer to are appearing for me.
“To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account and go to My Upgrades. Click the gear icon next to the domain you wish to cancel, and click Cancel.”

Hello there!
I took a look at charleycooper.com. The reason you don’t see your upgrade cancellation option, is that the upgrade wasn’t made with the user account, onemightyatom.
It is affiliated with a different user. Due to security issues, the original purchaser of the upgrade is the only person who can cancel it.

That seems to be the case, I check the email on the invoice and found it was different to the one I was logging in with. I have found the cancel auto renew option now. Thanks for the help?
