Cancel domain payment

  I would like to know if it’s possible to end the payment for your own domain if you dont use your domain anymore or don’t want to have your own domain and switch back to the .wordpress.com url.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes, you can do that. See here for the guide http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/cancel-domain/

  To cancel a domain you registered with WordPress.com, please log into your account, then go to Store → My Upgrades and use the “Cancel” link in the Subscription Status column. If it’s more than 2 days past the purchase date, you will not receive a refund, but the domain can still be canceled by Staff. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up.   Hi there,

  If you’d like me to cancel a domain for you, just comment on this thread with the full domain which you’d like cancelled and I’ll take care of it for you.

  Please realize however that if I do cancel your domain, you will not receive any refund and the domain will be returned to the domain registry where it will eventually be released to the general public where anyone will be able to purchase it.
