Domain registrations can be canceled within 48 hours of registration.
Plans and other purchases can be canceled within 30 days of purchasing.

I did that and it said that my request could not be processed and to contact support. I researched it online and this is how it said to do it.

Hello, I am having the EXACT problem ( http://a-wear-e.com/) !

Under ” my upgrades ” / cancel & refund , it says ” contact support ” but so far i havent been able to do that!

Been trying for 2 hours and NOT impressed with costumer service and wordpress in general …
