cancel domain registration on soulplanaustralia

  Hello

  I purchased an upgrade then continued to select a domain name. I instantly noticed that I spelled the domain incorrectly and requested a refund. It is now saying ‘cancellation pending’.

  Is there anything further I need to do?

  Howdy,

  To cancel a domain, an e-mail would have been sent to you to confirm the cancellation. If you didn’t get the e-mail, please do let me know and I can manually process the cancellation for you.

  Please note that once a domain is cancelled, it cannot be retrieved, can take several weeks for it to return to the marketplace and no guarantee you’ll be able to purchase it again if desired. I realize that’s probably fine since it was misspelled, but just to ensure we’re on the same page!
