cancel domain renewal

I wish to cancel the domain renewals of the two domain’s I am registered for. Please help me do this or do it for me. Thanks.

What are the URLs of both domains? Please post them here. Exactly which underlying .wodpress.com subdomain URLs are involved here, and how many username accounts? Please post them all.
Be aware that canceling a domain means you give up ownership of that domain name. The domain name may not be released immediately, and there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again in the future.
If you’d like to keep the domain and use it somewhere else, you can transfer it instead: Transfer a Domain to Another Registrar http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-domain-registration/
Do you intend to use the domains URLs on other sites?
If the answer is yes, then Staff will assist with that after you provide the information I requested.
If the answer is no, then proceed as follows. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Please do no get in the habit of just tagging threads for Staff. If you just tag threads then the bloger waits and when Staff gets to thread they lack the relevant information. That leads to a back and forth exchange which is a waste time both for the blogger who posted and for Staff. Know that we have experienced Volunteers who know how to answer the majority of questions asked, and who know exactly which ones require Staff attention. -

The site listed here has two custom domain names: brunettsblog.com and thebrunettesblog.com. Are those the ones you’re trying to cancel?
Those domains are owned by the other administrator on the site. (You can view that administrator under Users > All Users in the site’s WP Admin dashboard.) Only the domain owner can cancel those domains or manage their renewal settings — that person can either log in and reply here for more help with that, or contact us directly from their account.
