  I want to CANCEL the renewal of my domain name. I just did this and do not want this. I made a mistake. Please refund my $18.

  I can cancel pricepianostudio.com for you right now, and refund so long as we get a confirmation from you within the next day or two.

  When we cancel the domain, you may not be able to register it again soon, even with another provider, and someone else may purchase it in the meantime. It may be impossible to get it back again. If you want to use the domain for anything else, you’ll want to transfer instead.

  Given that, do you still want to cancel the domain to get a refund, or do you want to transfer it instead? Please confirm if you’d like it cancelled so we can go ahead with that. Thank you!
