cancel domain renewal

  Hi, I have been just changed for domain registration and domain mapping
  Receipt ID: [redacted by staff]
  Transaction ID: [redacted by staff]
  Could you cancel for me the auto-renewal and refund money if it is possible?

  Hi there!

  I have canceled the domain and domain mapping and issued a full refund.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

  In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
