  The account you’re using to post here has never bought any domain upgrades from us.

  What is the domain you’re trying to cancel?

  Hi there,

  The purchase was processed today, so you should be able to cancel and receive a refund. Are you unable to log into the account connected to the subscriptions?

  If not, you can fill out our account recovery form, we’ll see what we can do to assist you in regaining access to your account.

  You can use the transaction ID on your bank statement from when you purchase the upgrade to submit the account recovery form.
