Cancel domain renewal

  Hi,
  Please, can you cancel my domain renewal? I’ve been trying to do it by myself following the instructions of the e-mail, but it is not possible… Can you please cancel it for me?
  And also, they told me I can keep all the contents of the blog with a wordrpress.com domain, is that possible?

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com account you are posting from. So that is likely the issue. You’ll need to be logged into the account that owns the upgrade in order to cancel (or renew).

  Could you have registered a second WordPress.com account at some point?

  Hi,
  My user is mariaarrnz. I have logged in with that user, but i am not able to find how to cancel the blog… How can I cancel it, please?

  I can absolutely help you with that.

  Just to clarify, if you want to cancel your domain disculpenlasmolestias.net it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and it may not choose to do so. We can’t guarantee that your domain will ever be available to you again once canceled. If you have any intention of using disculpenlasmolestias.net again in the future, I suggest that you do not choose to cancel.

  Please confirm that you understand and want to cancel your domain. Once you have done so, I will cancel it and remove the upgrade from your account.

  If you would like to delete your WordPress.com site, there are options and instructions for doing so here:

  Delete a Website

  Please bear in mind that once deleted, that site’s WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to choose one of the other options listed on the the page linked above.
