Cancel domain renewal of the following sites

    Hi…I need to cancel renewal of the following domains:

    genekelly.site will renew at new price of $26.00
    genekelly.website will renew at new price of $20.00

    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

    We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

    To request a cancellation, you need to be logged into the WordPress.com account that owns these domains.

    If you don’t remember what account was used and you have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
