Cancel domain transfer

  cancel domain transfer. I’ve tried to cancel it from the original provider but they say only wordpress can. WordPress don’t give any way to get in contact with them with a free account (i had a paid account and cancelled that part). How do i get them to cancel the domain transfer from their side?

  note it isn’t the blog listed above. The site wouldn’t let me post with my other site which is why i need someone who is a real person to help me.

  Hi there!

  Your domain transfer was not completed, the domain is still at your current provider. There’s nothing else that needs to be done from your WordPress.com account.

  I also went ahead and refunded the price of the transfer, since it was not successful.

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside may require more time to process the refund.

  In some cases, you will not see a separate refund listed on your statement, but the original charge will be removed instead.
