Cancel Domain/Auto Renew Refund

I need to cancel this domain that is set to renew on 11/13/14. The auto renewal payment has already gone through, but should be set to renew on 11/13. The auto renew is processes 1 month before the end of the paid period. I wish to cancel this domain. I do not want to auto renew. I don’t believe I signed up for auto renew to begin with. Please cancel this domain, and refund the auto renewal.

Domain mapping upgrades are renewed a month in advance when auto-renew is enabled so we do not risk losing the domain during the process if anything goes wrong.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
There is also where you can click the “disable auto-renew” link.WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

No you will receive it because yours is a renewal, so please go ahead with the refund purchase and know I have tagged this thread for a Staff follow-up as well.

I understand you would like to cancel your custom domain: spamommas.com, but please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.
Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation. I see that you have already canceled Private Registration and an $8 refund was processed. I can completely cancel it and provide you the rest of the refund.
