cancel downgrad from business to free

hello
i unfortunately made a downgrad from business to free. can you please cancel that downgrade, i want to stay on business. somehow i can not upgrad again.

I see you also received a full refund for your Business Plan, so I’ve sent you a link via email to pay for the plan again. As soon as we receive your payment I can restore your plan and domain for you.

I’ve restored the plan and domain to your account, but I see your site is now returning an error. I’ve reported that and we’re working on fixing it. I’ll let you know as soon as things are up and running again.
