I am trying to cancel my wordpress account and domain. I searched the recommended topics but had no luck. Please help. Thanks

I’m not sure what site you are referring to as the above site is not hosted on WordPressdotcom and also seems to be hacked. I was redirected to a site that my anti-virus software blocked for having malware.
If you want to delete a site on WordPressdotcom, you can follow these instructions. https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ Be aware that once deleted, you can neither recover the site content nor the site URL.
Username accounts cannot be deleted, but you can change all the information in your account and simply walk away. Here’s more on that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

You don’t own any domains on WordPress.com. The domain you indicated you needed help with expired in May, and is now registered with NameBright.com, not with us, and is also not hosted here.
I’ve deleted the link, as that site appears to contain malware.
You can delete your site, chroniclesofacoldtexan.wordpress.com, at My Site ->Settings, as per the instructions @justjennifer provided, but as she also indicated, WordPress.com username accounts cannot be deleted.
