cancel for refund

I registered for a blog last week. I had questions as the domain I requested never became the blog address. The wordpress suffix remained in the address. I wrote to you twice about this and received the email confirmation that the requests had been sent to you. A $99 charge was incurred. Today I tried to cancel the domain, Your instructions say log in and go to your account. I can find no route to “my account” or any opportunity to cancel. Please cancel my blog and refund the money.
If there is anything else i need to do, please let me know. I am aware of your request to cancel withing 2 days and if I had received answers to my 2 requests for support I would have done that within the 2 day period or more likely, not needed to cancel at all.
