cancel free premium trial

    Hi,

    I tried to cancel the free premium trial but everytime I check “Store-My upgrades” the free trial remains and it will be renewed for 80$ tomorrow.

    Could you please help me to cancel the free trial premium? My blog is: http://ulliseidel.com

    What do you see here?
    Dashboard → Store → My Upgrades
    Dashboard → Store → Billing History

    Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew.

    Hi,

    answering your questions: In “My Upgrades” I see:

    WordPress.com Premium: Status: Free Trial
    This upgrade will be renewed automatically in 0 days on November 7, 2014

    I pushed “cancel” and received the confirmation e-mail and confirmed that I wanted to cancel the free trial put the status remains the same….

    When I click on the confirmation link it leads me to the “My Upgrades” page and there it sais:

    “Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.”

    I finally cancelled the premium trial but to be able to do so I had to purchase the domain…they said that I had purchased it when I started the trial, so I could not cancel it anymore (2 days cancelling for domains).

    In my opinion, that was not well/clearly explained in the trial description, I thought EVERYTHING could be cancelled within 14 days.

    Hi,

    I’m trying to cancel my free trial premium and domain name but no joy.

    These are the steps I’ve followed:

    1. Logged into my account
    2. Gone to Admin dashboard
    3. Under Store, I’ve clicked on My Upgrades
    4. Click on the clog
    5. Click on Cancel
    6. Prompts me to give a reason why I want to cancel, which I’ve given several times
    7. Clicked on Cancel WordPress.com premium button
    8. On the screen I get this message: You requested cancellation of a bundle. Please check your email for a message with a confirmation link.
    9. I’ve cancelled a few times but I still have received a confirmation link?

    Please can some help me.

    can you please cancel the premium trial plan?

    It is going to auto-upgrade by midnight. I have signed up for a free trial, not a whole premium plan, and i do not want to purchase it. WordPress needs to enable the cancelling of trials, this feels like fraud and i will no longer trust wordpress. Playing around with users’ bank data is not tolerable.
