Cancel free trail for WordPress Premium

  Hi all,
  I want to cancel the free trail of WordPress Premium, but it wont let me. It always says something like the upgrade is not cancelled and refunded.
  I am aware of there is no guarantee that I can get it back. Not that I think the services aren’t worth paying for, its just I have no money.
  Can anyone please help me?

  Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the blog and set up the 14 day trial upgrade? That’s required to cancel the trial.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the trial upgrade, you ought to be able cancel trial upgrades under Store → My Upgrades in your dashboard at any time and also disable auto-renew there too.

  Hi, thanks for your support.
  I only have one account with one username, accordingly that can’t be the problem.
  When I follow your instructions, under “My Upgrades” I can only press the botton “cancel”, there is nothing that can be disabled. When I choose cancel, I get an email to confirm the cancellation. After clicking on the link, it says what I mentioned above.

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry for the trouble canceling that free trial. I can cancel it for you, but before I do I wanted to make sure you know that you can keep just the custom domain 360gradweltreise.com if you’d like, without keeping the full Premium plan. The custom domain on its own is €15.00, or €22.00 including private registration. If you’d like, I can cancel the Premium plan and you can just pay to keep the domain itself.

  If you’re sure you want to cancel everything (and give up that custom domain), that’s ok, too. Just let me know if you’re sure you want to cancel everything, including the domain, and I will do that for you.
