Cancel free trial and Keep Domain Name

I believe that I have already cancelled the free trial as I need to switch to WordPress.org and bluehost, but I want to pay for the domain name (that you all were going to give me for free). I would like to buy it asap. Please help…it’s already up on wordpress.com, I just need to keep it going and switch to bluehost when I can finally afford it. But I can afford buying the domain name right away for the $18 which I’m ready to do right now (that’s why I cannot “point” or switch yet). Ill just keep it here until I’m ready to switch.

It looks like you haven’t cancelled your trial yet. You can do that, and purchase your domain in the process, here:

You’ll get an email with a confirmation link that you need to click on to confirm the cancellation.

Then perhaps you are not the blog’s actual owner or you are not logged in under the correct username account. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. You can also disable auto-renew there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

I received nothing in my e-mail to confirm the cancellation and I have tried it at least 5 times, and just tried it yet again.

This is EXACTLY what you told someone else to do and they could not do it either. I AM the sites owner! I just did this all last night and realized I needed wordpress.org not .com!

I believe you are sending the stuff to the wrong place. Everything is messed up because there are 2 accounts here with both of my e-mails. I had to create a completely separate blog under (email visible only to moderators and staff) for brandessences. I wanted to keep it completely separate because I should have never created it – I never got around to doing anything, and now that I know the difference between .com and .org I know what I want to do. Regardless, this new site http://www.getholistical.com – I want this one for certain. And that is under (email visible only to moderators and staff) ( I barely even know the email address because I only use my Yahoo account). So – because I couldn’t use my previous and only e-mail I actually use, everything got all messed up. I did check my Google however and nothing is there. I tried going in my dashboard to find what you said you sent (manual request), and cannot log in. This is really frustrating.

I guess my question is, where is the manual request located? You never sent anything according to my e-mail, except for this reply.

Ok, sorry, Google is weird – it was in another location, and not spam, so very weird. Problem – I was told it was $18, not $26. You may have to remove the privacy thing – which I do not want to pay for.

Hi Robyn,
Since you own the Premium plan and the domain under the username robynquin1030, we send all materials to the email associated with account. Google mail often puts our emails into the ‘social’ or ‘promotional’ inboxes which can make them hard to find sometimes. More information on that here:

That’s fine the emails from here arts coming to Google. I received one with private… Do not want private. Please hurry before there’s no time left. I only want http://www.getholistical.com with public registration, I’ve requested this twice already. Word press. Com gives it to you automatically with the trial… Which I no longer want
