  Hi,

  I want to cancel my free trial now, I have tried multiple times but the system says “Upgrade not cancelled and refunded. There was a problem refunding your payment. Please contact support.”

  I don’t want to be charged the USD99 when my free trial ends in a few days.

  Pls assist in cancelling my free trial immediately.

  I also want to cancel the registered domain of gohjialin.com

  I do not want to be charged the USD18 for the registered domain.
