  I cannot find a link to the store from the dashboard? I would also like to cancel my premium trial before I am charged.

  Hi there,

  You can find it by going to Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard. Also, the Premium upgrade has already been removed from your account.

  im trying to cancel my two premium trial upgrades but i dont get any confirmation by email and they are still registered under “my upgrades”

  Hi,
  I am trying to cancel the Free Premium Trial as well. I have gone to
  Shop –> My Upgrades but nothing loads on this page so I do not have the option to cancel the trial. Can anyone assist??

  I would also like to confirm that my trial was cancelled. Can anyone from WordPress confirm? shearsay.wordpress.com is the name of the website I’d like to cancel. I already deleted the site, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email.

  Hi, is it possible for me to undo the cancellation of my domain?
  Cancelled it by accident and I would really want it back :(

  Noticed that a similar thread was created before and the staff managed to get the domain back. Would really really appreciate if staff can help me!
