  I have to stop my credit card and all future billing

  Hello there, if you go into your account settings and click the Manage Purchases tab you are able to request refunds if you need to and turn off auto renewal for future billing. Keep in mind that there is a 30 day refund policy for plans, and 48 hours for custom domains. After this time period it is not possible to receive a refund.
