    Signed up today, didn’t like the formatting. Was also supposed to get 1 year free but got charged, can I get a refund please? I no longer want to use WordPress

    Hi @marisaferrara7, I see you bought a domain rather than a hosting plan. Do you want to keep the domain?

    Because your domain is brand new, you can cancel the domain and get a refund, and it will be freed up in about 5 days so you can purchase it elsewhere. Or, you can keep the domain and use hosting elsewhere or save it for later use. After 5 days, the domain refund policy and cancelation process are both different, so if you’re not sure what you want to do, send us any questions you have and we’ll help you sort out your next steps.

    Clarifying on this: you can get a free domain registration with the purchase of an annual hosting plan. If you buy a domain without hosting, it can redirect to a free site or to some other service. Let us know what you want to do.
