cancel google app

  Hi – I registered a domain with you, but canceled a couple of days later. I’m now using that domain with a different host. But it’s saying I can’t register a google apps business email, because I already have a google app account associated with that domain. I can’t figure out where that is, or how to cancel it, so I can re-register it with this new site. I’ve gone to my own personal account, but the business app isn’t listed there. How do I get that ‘freed’ from wordpress? Thanks

  Hi @minniesgirl, the canceled Google Apps plan is no longer under our control. Once the subscription is canceled, the plan is sent back to Google and they send you an email with details about continuing the plan.

  If you no longer have access to the Google Apps account, you can reset the password and verify ownership of the domain from this page (be sure to add your domain instead of INSERTDOMAINNAME):
