  Just realised word press is still taking money from us and we don’t use this site at all, how do we completely cancel so that we don’t pay any more?

  I am not seeing any upgrades on the account that you are posting from. Also, as bandbenterprises.co.uk. is a jetpack connected self-hosted site, there are only a few applicable upgrades.

  Do you have any other information that you could share regarding what the upgrade might have been? We can take this to a private email conversation if that is more comfortable for you.
